Company History
Century was founded in 1977 by father and son Eugenio and Sergio Pino and later joined by the youngest son, Carlos Pino. What began as a family-oriented business servicing customers throughout the South Florida area has today become one of the largest wholesale, retail, and export operations in all of South Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. For the Pino family, pursuit of the American dream began when the family had to immigrate to the United States, like so many others who had come before them to take advantage of all the opportunities this country has to offer. The Pino’s have become an American success story and like many others, it was raw determination that catapulted them to their success.
I have always believed that customer service is the key role in the triumph of a firm’s long term success. This is why at Century, all of our employees are set to provide every customer with the very best customer service experience possible. We are a customer-centric company, dedicated to creating value for both our customers and employees. In fact, this is the same philosophy the company was built on over 4 decades ago by my father and brother, and the same philosophy we continue to practice today.
